Activity Is Outdated

People today are too busy for time-consuming activity based programs. Over last decade, the focus has shifted onto strength-based exercise programs, and for many good reasons.

Grant has over 10 years of experience in the personal training industry. He has been with The Exercise Coach since the opening of the original location in West University. He helped us open each of our Houston locations. Grant is our Educational Specialist and has a passion for not only educating our clients but our staff as well. He has a B.S. in Exercise Science with multiple certifications ranging from corrective exercise to performance enhancement.
